Our primary mission is to provide communities with expert aggregation assistance, whether it be for electric, gas or trash programs. We have developed services that will provide the community and its leaders with a program that they can be proud of and that will benefit the participants. To achieve that goal, we work closely with each community to better understand their unique situation and address the challenges involved.
Our Expert Electric and Gas Aggregation Services Include:
- Pre-ballot Assistance
- Draft the necessary Plan of Operation and Governance
- Facilitate public hearings
- Complete and file required PUCO certification applications and reports
- Prepare RFP and administer solicitation process to select a supplier
- Review existing governance plan and recommend needed revisions
- Notify the community of new, supplemental and/or renewal mailings
- Monitor mailing lists to be certain only eligible accounts are included
- Provide reports to the community on participation and estimated savings from the program
- Update the community on any pertinent energy-related topics or regulatory activity that may impact the community’s aggregation program
- Notify the community regarding active competitive offerings to residents as they become available
- Assist, as needed, with facilitating energy agreements for the municipal buildings that may be above the aggregation program limit or want to secure individual pricing from an energy supplier
- Facilitate appropriate discussions with renewable energy and/or energy efficiency experts
- Additional customized energy management services
- Utility rate analysis
Involvement:
Our goal is to provide services that meet or exceed the expectations of the communities we serve. Through regular communication with community leaders, we will improve their understanding of their program and provide them with the details needed to keep the entire community informed. We partner with each community in helping them to achieve the goals or their aggregation programs.
